Not Compatable

It was comptable before but not anymore. My HP printer displayed errors, stopped printing and is still saying your printer needs attention after putting genuine HP cartridges in. It is printing again with the genuine cartridges but the error messages do not go away. I will not use this product again. The cost of a new printer and the installation is not worth taking the chance.

Poor quality

Colours do print in any was realistically. Very disappointing. I will only buy genuine replacement in future. One star because the black works.

HP 903 compatible ink

I have an HP Officejet Pro 6970 and this set of ink does not work on it and there isn't any way to change the software. Wasted money.

Horrible ink!

Your team tried to assist me and replaced the first faulty cartridges, but we got a second set of bad quality cartridges. I didn’t even bother to contact your company, as I didn’t see the point of getting another faulty set.
