The following terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) govern your (“the User”) use of the Inksaver (PTY) LTD (“the Provider”) website located at the domain name www.Inksaver.co.za (“Provider’s website”). By using this website, you agree to the Terms and Conditions set out in this legal notice. The User may not access, display, use, download, and/or otherwise copy or distribute content obtained on this website for marketing or other purposes without the consent of the Provider.

Conditions and Payment Terms

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa credit cards
  • MasterCard credit cards
  • EFT Bank Transfers

All payments are securely managed by Payfast and Ozow and are compliant with the highest security standards. To read more about secure online payments, please see Security Policy below.

All prices include VAT.

Security Policy

All payments are securely managed by our internet payment processing partner, Payfast and Ozow. Transactions between the customer and Inksaver, as well as between Inksaver and Payfast, are protected utilising secure technology standards (SSL/HTTPS). Credit card numbers are never stored by Inksaver. Your credit card numbers and personal information are protected by Payfast and Ozow  and will not be forwarded to a third party. Lifetime 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Inksaver guarantees that all products work as intended and will not damage your printer. If the product does not work as intended, Inksaver will replace it free of charge within 365 days of the original purchase date. Using compatible or original cartridges will not affect your printer warranty.

Please note

We can only guarantee that our printer cartridges will work in printers purchased in South Africa.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

If you need to return any product(s) purchased from Inksaver, you must first complete our online Return Request Form to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Along with your RA, we will provide you with shipping instructions.

Returned cartridges must meet the following conditions:

  • All returned cartridges must be at least 50% full.
  • All non-defective products (including original and compatible products) must be returned in the original Inksaver branded packaging. If the packaging has been damaged, opened, or if any seals are broken, we are unable to process an exchange.

Sealed products may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date for a full refund.

The original delivery fee is non-refundable.

Defective or damaged products may be exchanged within 365 days of the original purchase date. In order to exchange an ink or toner cartridge, the cartridge must be at least 50% full.

Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in the event of a packing error.

Please note

If you have ordered the wrong cartridge, or if you have purchased a new printer and the cartridge you previously bought is incompatible with your new printer, you can exchange the product as long as the original Inksaver branded packaging has not been damaged or opened. Exchanges may be requested within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Please be advised that we do not process exchanges or refunds/credits without a Return Authorisation (RA) number and unless we have received the returned item(s). If you need a replacement cartridge immediately, we suggest placing a new order and waiting to receive a refund on your initial order to avoid delays.

Returns can only be refunded via an EFT Bank Transfer, as stipulated by the banking laws of South Africa. The refund payment will be made within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of returned products.

Deliveries

We deliver to any address in South Africa at a flat rate of R75.00 (inclusive of VAT) per order. Orders over R450 receive free delivery.

Delivery Time

We aim for a 24-hour turnaround time and therefore all orders are packaged and dispatched the same day your order is confirmed. Customers should receive their orders within 1-4 business days.

Back Orders

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will retain all items on backorder until we are able to dispatch the entire order.

Complaints

Complaints must be communicated soon after the date of delivery of the goods in order to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept claims on empty cartridges as they cannot be deemed defective. Inksaver reserves the right to charge for replacements if the claimed cartridges are empty.

False Orders

Any attempts to place false orders will be reported to the local police authority.

Website Content & Pricing

Inksaver aims to be as accurate as possible in its product, pricing, and rebate information. However, Inksaver cannot guarantee that product descriptions and/or specifications, pricing or any other content on the website are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. In the event that information is incorrect due to typographical, informational, technical or other errors, Inksaver will not be held liable for any loss or discrepancy relating to inaccurate information.

If a product offered on the Inksaver website is not as described, or does not meet your expectations, you do have the option to return the product in accordance with Inksaver’s Return Policy.

Voucher Codes

Please note that voucher codes cannot be used simultaneously on a single purchase; only one voucher code per purchase is allowed. Voucher codes are valid for the specified stipulated time period only. Unless otherwise stated, all voucher codes and discounts apply to compatible (non-OEM) items only.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute concerning these conditions is to be settled in accordance with South African Law, since Inksaver is situated in South Africa, and since South Africa is the country where all business transactions take place.

Age limit

You must be 18 years or older to order from Inksaver.co.za.

Privacy Policy

We are always committed to protecting your privacy, and therefore do not collect any personal information except where it is specifically and knowingly provided by you with your consent. We only collect personal information that is necessary to process and fulfil your orders or undertake the facilities offered by Inksaver’s website. We only keep personal information for as long as required and for the purpose it was collected. As an additional security measure, we remove all payment details from our servers as soon as orders are processed.

We only supply personal information to our couriers and bankers for the purposes of dispatching your order and processing payments. The transfer of personal information is always undertaken using secure encryption technology (SSL/HTTPS).

Order confirmation

Our order acknowledgement is not a contract and does not constitute an acceptance of your order, but only a record of your offer to purchase a particular item at a particular price. After you place an order, Inksaver will determine whether or not to fulfil the order, and Inksaver may refuse or limit your order for any reason. By placing your order, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth on this website, including Inksaver’s terms and conditions of sale.

Inksaver reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, credit review, the unavailability of a product, or errors in pricing and product descriptions posted on this website. By placing your order, you agree that Inksaver’s total liability, under any legal theory or claim, shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid to Inksaver for the product giving rise to Inksaver’s liability.
