At Inksaver we offer a Lifetime 100% Satisfaction Guarantee that all original and compatible printer cartridges we sell are free of defects and will work in the printers they were designed to work in. We make it easy for you to return products should you encounter any problems.
We understand that problems occur from time to time and we want to assure you that the appropriate action will be taken to replace the cartridge with a working unit.
The first step in returning a product is to contact our customer service department on help@inksaver.co.za. If you have any questions regarding your return request, you can contact our customer support team on 087 550 0202.
In order to return an ink or toner cartridge to receive a replacement, the cartridge must be at least 50% full.
If the Inksaver or original branded packaging has been damaged, opened, or if any seals are broken, we are unable to process an exchange. The original delivery fee is non-refundable.
Returns can only be refunded via an EFT Bank Transfer, as stipulated by the banking laws of South Africa. The refund payment will be made by us within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned products.
Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in the event of a packing error.
If you have ordered the wrong cartridge, or if you have purchased a new printer and the cartridge you initially bought is incompatible with your new printer, you can exchange the product as long as the Inksaver or original packaging has not been damaged or opened.
